👨‍🦰I smiled when I read this story in March about 3 year old Oliver Lipinski who walked into his local fire department with an application in his hand, ready to get to work.

👩‍👦The only problem was Lipinski’s age.

👮‍♀👮Officials at the Parksville Volunteer Fire Department in Vancouver Island, Canada, called in the youngster for an interview about the job.

🚒And after giving him a ride on his favorite firetruck, a cookie, a red helmet, and teddy bear, he was also presented with a certificate showing that he was an “Official Junior Member” of the team.

🤔If a 3 year old can go after his dreams, then, what’s really stopping you and me, people who have more experience, more knowledge, and more ability?
