📘I was reading a story recently about an 81-year-old Olympic Medalist named Judy Amoore Pollock.

😁She is an amazing senior who can inspire all of us.

😱While most people half her age are too busy on their social media accounts spending time worrying about what people who have never met and don’t know who they really are, think or say about them; this woman, with a zeal and passion for sports is LIVING her own life.

🤸‍♀Perhaps that’s why she is seemingly so young and active even at an age most people would be almost lifeless!

🎉Judy qualified for the Tokyo Olympics in 1964, won the bronze medal in the 400 meters, broke the world record in 1965 and then won gold in 1966

🏃‍♀…and she is still running.
